Scott Chapin
DigiKnow’s analytics team is headed by Scott Chapin, our Director of Consulting Services.  Scott’s passion for analytics is second to none, certainly at DigiKnow and probably in all of Cleveland.  With a background in Computer Science, Mathematics and Economics, Scott is the perfect leader to drive DigiKnow in its continual path to improve and evangelize the use of analytics in digital marketing decisions.  Over the past 10 years that Scott has been at DigiKnow, he has provided strategic guidance for countless clients, including Nestlé, the Cleveland Indians, Lincoln Electric, AMD and others.  Scott is a member of the Web Analytics Association (login required), a local board member for the Cleveland Web Association, is a frequent speaker on the topic of analytics, and is Google individual qualified.

Analia Agnetti
Marketing data is never concise, clean or organized, but Ana brings it all together and makes sense of the mess.  Working with multiple clients across multiple data platforms, day in and day out, Ana compiles the data that makes analytics possible.  This reporting and analysis provides the basis for insights for DigiKnow’s largest clients.  Whether it is interpreting data from advertising campaigns or developing measurement methods to test a new interface design, Ana makes sure that we are collecting what we need before we know we even need it.  Ana is also Google individual qualified .

Justin Jason
Justin is the configuration workhorse for DigiKnow’s analytics group.  When anything out of the ordinary needs to be setup, Justin is always involved.  From event tracking to custom scripting, Justin can find a way to get any data we need into the Google Analytics engine.  For almost a decade, Justin has been at the heart of DigiKnow’s production group, implementing code changes and configuring tracking for sites big and small.  Justin is Google individual qualified.

The blog is offered by the consultants at DigiKnow as a practical guide to everyday analytics. We cover practical tips for setup, timely industry news and case studies from our everyday work.
